Queer Religion: Born Again This Way

It seems to me that religion, especially, is at that the forefront of every major news broadcast, as well as having a saturating presence throughout new media outlets on the Internet. My question this month is asking what role, if any, should religious affiliation play in our lives as gay men and women?
